April holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied English with a specialization in Children's English Instruction from Shoufu University in Taiwan. She commenced her tenure at KNS in 2007 as a class coordinator, showcasing exceptional dedication and proficiency. Her outstanding performance led to her promotion as Chief Coordinator in 2010, followed by a further promotion to the position of Branch Director in the autumn of 2012. Demonstrating a commitment to her professional growth, April obtained her Master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from Southern Taiwan University in June 2014.
